How Vendor participation, terms and Transfer approval work.

- What does “Vendor” mean on the platform?A Vendor is a professional service provider responsible for one or more parts of an event — for example a venue, catering, photography, entertainment, production or another contracted service.
- Does a Transfer change a Vendor’s original terms?No. A Transfer does not require a Vendor to change or renegotiate the original terms for their service.
- Can a Buyer and Vendor agree additional services?Yes. A Buyer and Vendor can agree additional services, changes or upgrades if they both want to.
- Does a Vendor have to approve a Transfer?Yes. A Transfer of a Vendor’s service from the Seller to the Buyer requires that Vendor’s approval.
