How do I publish and manage a Late Availability date?

Once a Product has been approved, you can use it to publish individual Late Availability dates.

Written by Petr Ulrich

Once a Product has been approved, you can use it to publish individual Late Availability dates.

Each published Late Availability represents one specific available date from that Product.

The Product has already passed platform review, so the individual Late Availability date can go live directly when you publish it.

Publishing one Late Availability uses 1 credit.

Start from an approved Product

In the Vendor Dashboard, open Advertise.

Under My products, find the approved Product and select Add Late Availability.

The button is available only after the Product has been approved.

A popup window opens for the new Late Availability. At the top, it first recaps which Product the new opportunity will use.

Payment methods for this Late Availability

A Late Availability uses the accepted payment methods and instructions saved in its approved Product.

Check that the Product has at least one accepted method and that every method has complete payment instructions before publishing the date.

After you publish a specific date, you can update its payment methods and instructions in that date's DealRoom → Payment methods. These changes are specific to that Late Availability and do not update the Product or any other published dates.

Listing name

Enter the public Listing name for this specific Late Availability.

Choose a short, concrete title that helps Buyers immediately understand the opportunity.

The title should identify what is being offered rather than sound like an advertisement.

Use only details that are actually true for this Late Availability and the underlying Product. Do not add a service type, feature, location detail or descriptive qualifier that you have not confirmed. If a useful detail is unknown, leave it out rather than guessing.

A useful structure is:

what it is + a recognizable anchor + one useful differentiator

For example:

  • Beachfront venue in Mallorca

  • Full-day photography in New York

  • Catering for 80 guests in Austin

  • Mauritius honeymoon stay

  • Live band for a London event

Keep the most useful information near the beginning. Short titles usually work best.

Avoid vague or overly promotional titles such as Dream wedding, Amazing deal or Last chance offer.

If you publish several active dates from the same Product, varying the Listing name where appropriate can also help Buyers distinguish the opportunities instead of seeing several apparently identical listings.

Public URL

As you enter the Listing name, the platform prepares the public URL handle for the opportunity.

A short numeric suffix is added automatically to keep the URL unique.

You can share the resulting public Late Availability URL directly through your social channels, newsletter or other marketing where it fits your business.

Choose the cover image

Choose one cover image from the Product image gallery.

If several Late Availability dates from the same Product are live at the same time, consider using different suitable cover images so Buyers can distinguish them more easily.

The cover image must still accurately represent the Product being offered.

Late Availability date

Enter the specific date you want to advertise.

Late Availability currently works with a whole date, not an hourly time slot.

Create a separate Late Availability for each date you want to offer.

Currency, voucher value and asking price

Choose the Currency for this Late Availability.

Then enter:

  • Value — the full value represented by the voucher;

  • Asking price — the price at which you are offering that value for this Late Availability.

Value is the voucher value you enter. It is not a separate estimate of the service or package's normal market price or list price.

The platform calculates the offered discount automatically.

A discount is not required. You may publish a Late Availability without reducing the price.

However, Buyers using Late Availability are often flexible and specifically looking for time-sensitive opportunities, so an attractive last-minute price can make an otherwise unused date more compelling.

Any special price applies to this specific Late Availability opportunity. It does not change your normal pricing on your own website or other sales channels.

Voucher expiration

Set the Voucher expiration date that applies to this Late Availability.

Make sure the expiration and the advertised date are consistent with the actual terms you are offering.

Choose how the opportunity is shown

Under Show listing as, choose how this Late Availability should appear publicly.

my company brand (recommended)

The opportunity is presented under your company brand and reputation.

Buyers may also see other available dates you have published for the same Product.

Use this when you want the Late Availability to support company-brand visibility and discovery.

my personal profile

The opportunity is shown as a standard listing under your personal seller profile and reviews, without company branding.

It does not highlight the opportunity as Vendor Late Availability.

The Vendor providing the service remains identified in the listing and booking information.

Use this when you prefer a lower-key presentation that keeps the special availability separate from your normal company pricing and positioning.

Auto-grant Deal Room access

Auto-grant access is available when you choose my company brand.

If enabled, Buyers who request Deal Room access and accept the Deal Room NDA and Rules are granted access automatically.

As the Vendor, you do not need to approve each request manually.

This can reduce friction when you are comfortable allowing interested Buyers into the DealRoom immediately after they complete the access requirements.

If you choose my personal profile, Auto-grant access is not available and you handle Deal Room access requests manually as the Vendor.

Auto-grant applies only to Deal Room access. It does not automatically accept a Buyer's Offer or select a Buyer for the opportunity.

Check the credit cost and confirm

Before publishing, the window shows:

Credit cost: 1 credit

You must have an available credit to publish the Late Availability.

Confirm:

Please confirm that this late availability is accurate and ready before publishing.

Review the date, pricing, expiration, presentation and other details carefully before continuing.

Publish

Select Publish.

The Late Availability goes live directly. It does not go through another admin review because it is being created from an already-approved Product.

A successful publication uses 1 credit.

The FAQ template currently stored on the Product is copied into the new Late Availability DealRoom at publication.

Where do I see my published Late Availabilities?

Return to Advertise and scroll to My late availabilities.

Each card shows key information such as:

  • Listing name;

  • Date;

  • Expiration;

  • Price and discount;

  • Shown as: Company brand or Shown as: Standard listing;

  • current Status;

  • number of Buyers with Deal Room access; and

  • number of Offers.

Select View to open the public opportunity page.

The status indicator shows whether the Late Availability is currently active or has moved into another stage of its lifecycle.

Can I delete a Late Availability?

The delete action is available only while the Late Availability can still be removed safely.

Once Buyer or Offer activity depends on the opportunity, deletion may no longer be available.

If deletion is blocked, use the available listing controls rather than trying to remove an opportunity that already has active Buyer participation.
