How do I create and manage a Product for Late Availability?

A Product is a reusable template for the service or package you want to offer through Late Availability.

A Product is a reusable template for the service or package you want to offer through Late Availability.

Create the Product once, have it reviewed, and then use the approved Product to publish separate Late Availability dates without rebuilding the same service details each time.

A Product is a template. It is not itself a live Late Availability offer.

Where do I manage Products?

In the Vendor Dashboard, open Advertise.

The Advertise Late Availabilities page has three main areas:

  • your Late Availability credits and billing links;

  • My products; and

  • My late availabilities.

Under My products, each Product card shows the service type, your Product name, location, the number of active Late Availability dates created from that Product, and the actions currently available for it.

What are Late Availability credits?

Publishing one specific Late Availability date costs 1 credit.

Your current balance is shown at the top of Advertise Late Availabilities.

New Vendors receive credits so they can try Late Availability before buying more. You can also:

  • select Redeem promo code if you have a promotional code; or

  • open Billing & plans to buy additional credits through the platform's Stripe payment flow.

Creating, saving or submitting a Product for review does not use a Late Availability credit. A credit is used when you publish a specific Late Availability date from an approved Product.

Create a new Product

Under My products, select Add a New Product.

Start with:

  • Product name — your internal name for this reusable Product template;

  • What are you selling? — select the service type.

The Product name helps you recognize and manage your own templates. The public name of each specific Late Availability is set later when you create that date.

The fields shown next depend on the service type you choose.

For example, a Venue Product asks for the venue location and guest count, while a Honeymoon Product asks for the destination/location and party size.

Follow the on-screen prompts and describe the real service or package accurately, including what is included, important practical details, the pricing/capacity scope and what may be flexible.

Select Save to continue.

Set accepted payment methods

Choose the payment methods Buyers can use to pay you for the prepaid value offered through your Late Availability.

Add at least one accepted payment method. For each method, enter and Save the payment instructions the Buyer will need. If your method is not listed, choose Other and give it a clear name.

Complete these details before selecting Submit for review. A Product without accepted methods or with missing payment instructions is not ready to submit.

The saved methods and instructions are your defaults for future Late Availability dates created from this Product.

After a date has been published, you can manage that date's payment details in its DealRoom → Payment methods. Changing the Product later does not automatically change the payment details of dates already published.

Buyers can see which methods you accept. Full payment instructions are shown to the relevant Buyer when payment is requested.

Upload the voucher documents and terms

After Save to continue, the next part of the Product opens.

Upload the original voucher, contract, terms or other source documents that define what the Buyer will receive.

Accepted source-file types currently include PDF, DOC, DOCX, TXT, JPEG, PNG, GIF and WEBP.

You may add a short description to an uploaded file to help identify its contents. This is optional but useful when several documents are present.

Voucher terms summary

The Voucher terms summary gives Buyers a readable summary of the relevant terms.

You can write or edit it manually.

You can also select Generate Contract Terms Summary with AI as a starting point.

For AI generation:

  • use a machine-readable PDF, DOC, DOCX or TXT source;

  • scans and image-only documents cannot be read directly by the current generator;

  • the current limit is 3 AI summary generations per day per Product.

Always review the generated text and correct it where needed.

The summary is a convenience for understanding the offer. The uploaded source documents remain the authoritative documents.

Upload the Product image gallery

Add images that accurately show the service, package, location or experience being offered.

You can upload up to 15 images. Supported formats are JPEG, PNG, GIF and WEBP, with a maximum file size of 15 MB per image.

These images form the reusable Product gallery.

When you later create a specific Late Availability date, you choose its cover image from this gallery.

If you publish several active dates from the same Product, using different suitable cover images can help Buyers distinguish the opportunities instead of seeing a row of visually identical listings.

Save or submit the Product for review

At the bottom of the Product form you can:

  • Save — keep the Product as a draft and continue later;

  • Submit for review — send the Product for platform review.

The Product itself must be approved before it can be used to publish Late Availability dates.

The individual Late Availability dates you later create from an approved Product do not go through another admin review.

You receive an in-platform notification and an email when the Product review is completed.

Once the Product is approved, Add Late Availability becomes available on its Product card.

Can I prepare the Product FAQ while the Product is under review?

Yes.

You do not need to wait for Product approval before preparing the reusable FAQ template.

Select Manage FAQ template on the Product card and add the recurring questions and answers that will be useful for future Late Availability dates.

See:

How does the Product FAQ template work for Late Availability?

Can I edit a Product later?

Yes, but once Late Availability activity depends on the Product, some core Product content can no longer be changed.

In particular, contract files, voucher terms and Product images cannot be changed once dependent Late Availability activity already exists for that Product.

Other editable Product information remains available through Edit Product where the platform allows it.

This protects already-published opportunities from silently changing underneath Buyers.

What happens after the Product is approved?

Select Add Late Availability on the approved Product.

You then create one specific dated opportunity from the reusable Product template.
