Then complete the Vendor profile, select Create, and validate the Vendor's Primary Email from the validation email sent automatically after creation.
Before you start: choose the Company administrator carefully
At present, each Vendor can have only one Company administrator.
Team access and multiple administrators for the same Vendor are not yet supported.
The user account you use to create or take control of the Vendor becomes the account that manages that Vendor, so decide which user account and login email should be used before you create it.
One user account can manage multiple Vendor businesses.
If this is your first Vendor
Sign in to your normal user account.
From your normal Dashboard, choose Switch to Business.
The Vendor Dashboard opens with Your Business profile ā Activate new business entity already displayed.
Enter Your official business email.
The platform checks whether the Vendor is new.
If it is new, select Add Vendor.
Complete the business-profile form.
Select Create.
The email you entered becomes the initial Company Primary Email.
If you already manage another Vendor
Enter the Vendor Dashboard.
Open Settings. This displays Your Business profile; it is not another navigation step beneath Settings.
Expand Activate new business entity on that page.
Enter the official business email for the additional Vendor.
Select Add Vendor.
Complete the same business-profile form and select Create.
What happens after Create?
The Vendor is created immediately.
A validation email is automatically sent to the Company Primary Email. There is no separate button for the first validation email.
You will see:
Vendor Created and validation email sent
Profile Created and validation email sent to vendor's primary email address. You have 1 day to confirm the validation link before it expires.
The new Vendor appears under Managed business entities with the validation state shown as pending.
Open the validation email and use its one-time link within 1 day.
After successful validation, the Vendor shows as validated.
If the link expires, the row shows timed out ā resend. Use resend to send a new validation email.
What if a Seller invited me?
If you received a Seller invitation, you can also create the Vendor from the invitation flow.
That path is useful because it keeps the invitation context connected while you create the Vendor.
If the business already has a Vendor profile, do not create another one. Assign the invitation to the existing Vendor instead.
