You manage a Vendor business through your normal user account.
There are two common ways to get started:
A Seller invited you ā open the invitation, sign in, and connect it to an existing Vendor you manage or create a new Vendor.
You want to create your Vendor directly ā sign in, choose Switch to Business, and activate a new business entity from the Vendor Dashboard.
Each real business should normally have one Vendor profile on the platform. Do not create a duplicate Vendor profile just because a Seller used a different email address for you.
If a Seller invited you
Open the invitation link from the email and sign in with your normal user account.
If you already manage the correct Vendor, assign the invitation to that Vendor.
If the business does not yet have a Vendor profile, choose Create New Vendor and complete the Vendor activation process.
After the Vendor is created and its Primary Email is validated, open My invites, review the Seller's information, and either:
Request changes;
Decline support; or
Confirm & Accept Invite.

If you want to create your Vendor directly
From your normal Dashboard, choose Switch to Business.
If this is your first Vendor, Your Business profile appears automatically with Activate new business entity ready to use.
If you already manage a Vendor, open Settings, then expand Activate new business entity.
Enter the official business email, select Add Vendor, complete the profile, create the Vendor and validate its Primary Email.

One Company administrator per Vendor
At present, each Vendor can have only one Company administrator. Team access and multiple administrators for one Vendor are not yet supported.
Choose carefully which user account will create or take control of the Vendor, because that user account will manage it.
One user account can still manage multiple Vendor businesses.
Managing your Vendor later
In the Vendor Dashboard, open Settings to manage your Vendor business entities.
You can also click the Vendor avatar in the upper-left corner as a shortcut.
From there you can:
switch between Vendors using Act as this vendor;
edit a Vendor profile;
add another Vendor;
manage business details.
