Keep the Voucher terms summary short. Include only the important rules the Buyer needs to know to use the Voucher correctly. The Voucher should clearly say what it covers. The platform adds the Late Availability date, Voucher value, asking price, and expiration when you publish each Late Availability.
A Late Availability Product always uses a Voucher.
A Voucher is not a design exercise. It does not need special graphics.
What matters is clear scope and clear rules for both you and the Buyer.
You do not need to change your normal business process just to use Late Availability.
What should I write?
Keep it short.
Write only the rules the Buyer needs to know to use the Voucher correctly.
The examples below are only examples. Use them only when they apply to your business.
For example:
The Voucher is non-refundable if the Buyer cancels.
(This is the normal principle for a Voucher, but state it clearly. If you use a different rule, state that rule instead.)
The Buyer must sign our standard contract before the booking is confirmed.
(Use this only if this is already part of your normal process, for example because of a legal, regulatory, or service-specific requirement.)
Add any other rule the Buyer needs to know to use the Voucher correctly.
These are examples only. They are not extra requirements created by the platform.
If you have Terms and Conditions
Upload them with the Product.
This is the best option.
Your Terms and Conditions can contain your normal booking rules.
The Voucher terms summary can then stay very short. Use it only for important rules that are specific to the Voucher.
If you do not have Terms and Conditions
That is OK.
You can upload a blank copy of the standard contract that you normally use with customers.
Do not fill in a Buyer name or a specific booking scope just for the Product.
The contract is only a sample of the terms you normally use.
If some parts of your normal contract do not fit the Voucher, state the correct Voucher rule in the Voucher terms summary.
For example:
This Voucher is prepaid and non-refundable if the Buyer cancels. The normal deposit and balance payment schedule in our standard contract does not apply. The Buyer must sign our standard client contract before the booking is confirmed.
Use only the parts that apply to your business.
What about the service scope?
The Voucher should clearly describe what the Buyer receives.
You do not need to list everything that is not included.
If there is an important limit or condition that could change how the Buyer can use the Voucher, state it clearly.
What does the platform add?
When you publish a Late Availability, the platform adds the details for that specific opportunity:
date;
Voucher value;
asking price;
Voucher expiration.
The platform combines these details with your Product information and uploaded documents.
The Buyer can review this information before making an Offer.
If a booking-specific detail still needs confirmation, use the DealRoom to confirm it before the Buyer makes an Offer.
You remain responsible for your service and your own terms.
Before you submit the Product
Read the Voucher terms summary once.
Make sure it clearly says:
how the Voucher can be used; and
any important rule the Buyer needs to know before making an Offer.
