Before making an Offer, review the Deal Specification carefully and make sure the event opportunity works for you as a whole.

It should give you a clear picture of the services, Vendors, payment position and other deal details you would be taking over.

What should I check?

Pay particular attention to:

  • which services and Vendors are included;

  • what has already been paid;

  • what you would pay the Seller;

  • what remains payable to each Vendor;

  • the Vendor terms that will continue to apply;

  • and any clarifications or conditions that matter to your decision.

If anything is unclear, ask before making your Offer.

Why this matters

The public Listing is there to help you decide whether an opportunity looks interesting.

The DealRoom and Deal Specification give you the detail needed to decide whether you actually want to proceed.

This means you do not have to make an Offer based on a short Listing description or assumptions.

Can I ask questions first?

Yes.

Use your discussion in the DealRoom to ask the Seller and relevant Vendors about anything that needs clarification.

Useful clarifications can be reflected in the deal information, so you can make your Offer against a clearly defined opportunity.

You can also check available Vendor reviews and use independent sources if you want additional reassurance before you commit.

What to do next

When you are comfortable with the Deal Specification, you can decide what price you want to offer and add any conditions that are important to your Offer.
