A DealRoom is the private shared space for one specific event opportunity.
It contains the detailed deal information that is not shown in the public Listing and gives approved Buyers a place to evaluate the opportunity, ask questions and understand what they would be taking over.
The Seller controls which Buyers are given access.
How does it work?
Each approved Buyer has their own discussion with the Seller and the relevant Vendors.
Relevant Vendors can join the discussion when something affecting their service needs clarification.
If a Buyer’s question produces a clarification that is useful for others, the Seller can add that clarification to the shared deal FAQ. This helps avoid the same questions being answered repeatedly.
DealRoom Rules
Everyone entering a DealRoom agrees to the DealRoom Rules, which remain available inside the DealRoom.
The Rules help keep the shared space clear, respectful and workable for everyone involved.
Why this matters
The public Listing gives Buyers a quick overview of the opportunity.
The DealRoom provides the detailed information and discussion space needed to decide whether to proceed, while reducing repeated questions and unnecessary coordination for the Seller and Vendors.
What to do next
If a Listing looks interesting, request access to its DealRoom.
If the Seller grants access, review the detailed information there and ask about anything that is still unclear before deciding whether to proceed.
