- Is the platform a party to my agreement with a Vendor?No. The platform helps the Seller, Buyer and Vendors coordinate and document a Transfer, but it does not currently become a party to the underlying agreement for the Vendor’s service.
- When is a Transfer complete?A Transfer is complete only after the Seller, Buyer and relevant Vendors have completed the required approvals and the Transfer Agreement package is complete.
